• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment

• You retain all rights to your original data
• We process your data solely to provide redaction services
• Processed documents are automatically deleted after 30 days
• We do not use your sensitive data for any other purpose

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice.
